It is good that somehow The Malay Mail got in touch with our SRA people and asked some questions. Not everything that's reported may be true but at least we'll be on the radar screens of the powers-that-be.
Orang Seputeh does not encourage anyone to "take the law into his own hands" or conduct security patrols on their own. However noble the intentions are, please do not take unnecessary risks.

The police setting up their mobile police station here today for several hours is also very visible. They were here for several hours near the shophouses, car wash area. It is a good deterrent because it overlooks the Kommuter station, quite strategic. Should ask them to come more often.
Great to know that Seputeh residents have noticed. The energetic Seputeh Security Task Force chairman Robert Quah is reported to have created quite some excitement by sending out SMS alerts.
Let's hope there can be a more permanent presence.
To make this work, everyone but no one should whole-hearted push the same agenda.
All Orang Seputeh can do it.
