A Blog for all Orang Seputeh - people who live in Taman Seputeh, Bukit Seputeh, Taman Bukit Seputeh, Desa Seputeh, Seputeh Heights, Mutiara Seputeh, Casa Elita and surrounding condominiums. It's our community sounding board and news portal. A virtual place where neighbours meet productively and care for one another. Please stay away from politics, ethnic, religious and other divisive issues. Of course, you are welcome to propagate universal values and make Seputeh a better place for all.

Hi Orang Seputeh,
I have a couple of photos of the 7-Eleven sign post. How do I get them to you as I don't think I can post them directly?
P.S I echo David's sentiments. This is taking shape as a very useful forum/outlet' for Seputeh residents & their safety.
However apart from the ability to comment, it is rather 'one way traffic'
It would be great if we could have a more traditional forum where a range of topics/photos/comments/suggestions related to "Life in Seputeh" could be posted with a focus on the betterment of our locale.
The moderator facility could keep thing 'clean & on track'.
Seputeh has changed dramatically over the last 10 years. Not everyone likes the changes. However we are all residents and we all have a point of view, which would lead to some healthy debate.
Ultimately our common goal is to continue to make Seputeh a peaceful and pleasant place which we call home.
Please email the pictures to the address you see at the top of this blog.

Im in favour of fizzys suggestion.
Visited the SRA site and found it as helpful as the SRA itself. The walk way at Jalan TS 1 still remains the same. There is really a need for change in the SRA to remain an effective body. If anyone has any suggestions as to how to go about doing this please foward them. Let us not wait till its too late.
Orang Seputeh,
Is there any reason as to why many households have yet to sign up for the security scheme?
Dear Mark,
Actually, the majority of Seputeh residents are supportive. On paper, SSTF has less than 50% sign up because many houses are empty while several houses along Tg 12 have been rented out by the Shelter Home, so we are not counting them in. Also, a handful own more than 1 house in this neighbourhood. We also have several dozens empty or in the midst of being demolished or renovated. There are also those who are either fence-sitters or tidak-apa residents who will eventually sign up once the scheme starts. There will be more info coming to residents later this month.
It is important for residents to sign up and join the SRA. All residents must support the SRA as it is the association for residents. It is OUR association so we must support it.
Best regards,
